Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing EZKIFY

Because we provide digital, non-tangible, and irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once an order is "In Progress" or "Completed." As a user, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service on our site.


1. Balance Deposits

  • All deposits made to EZKIFY are final. Once funds are added to your account balance, they cannot be refunded to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, Crypto, etc.).
  • Deposited funds must be used for services provided by the EZKIFY platform.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it is instantly pushed to our fulfillment servers. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or edited once they have been submitted.
  • Please double-check all links and quantities before finalizing your purchase.

3. Partial Fulfillment

  • If a service cannot be fully delivered due to a platform update or technical issue, the undelivered portion of the order will be automatically refunded to your EZKIFY account balance.
  • Example: If you order 1,000 likes and we can only deliver 800, the cost of the remaining 200 likes will be credited back to your balance instantly.


4. Dispute Policy

By completing a payment on our platform, you agree that you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate your account and wipe any existing balance.


5. Refill Policy

Services labeled with a "Refill" guarantee are protected against drops for the specified duration (e.g., 30-day refill). If your count drops, please open a support ticket with your Order ID, and our team will initiate the refill process manually.
