Welcome to EZKIFY.COM. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EZKIFY platform and services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.


1. Service Provision & Professional Use

EZKIFY provides social media marketing solutions designed to enhance digital engagement and visibility.

  • Compliance: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and the specific terms of the social media platforms you are targeting (e.g., Instagram, Discord, LinkedIn).
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your EZKIFY account and for all activities that occur under your credentials.

2. Order Execution & Fulfillment

  • Delivery Estimates: While we strive for instantaneous results, delivery speeds are influenced by platform algorithms and server loads. All timeframes provided are estimations, not fixed guarantees.
  • Modification Rights: To ensure your order is completed successfully during platform updates, EZKIFY reserves the right to substitute a service with a higher-tier or alternative server to meet your requested quantity.

3. Financial Terms & Balance Management

  • Deposit Finality: All funds deposited into the EZKIFY internal wallet are final. These credits are non-transferable and non-refundable to original payment methods (Credit Cards, Crypto, etc.).
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Dispute Resolution: We are committed to your satisfaction. You agree to contact our support team at @ezkify on Telegram to resolve any service issues before initiating a financial dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent account termination.

4. Refund & Refill Policy

  • Partial Delivery: If we are unable to fulfill 100% of an order, the undelivered portion will be automatically credited back to your EZKIFY account balance.
  • Drop Protection: Services labeled with "Refill" are protected for the duration specified. If a drop occurs within that window, please submit a support ticket for manual replenishment.

5. Liability & Limitations

  • Account Safety: EZKIFY is not liable for any account suspensions, shadowbans, or content removals performed by social media platforms. You use these services at your own risk.
  • Service Continuity: While we aim for 100% uptime, EZKIFY is not responsible for any damages resulting from temporary site downtime or API maintenance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the EZKIFY.COM website, including logos, text, and proprietary code, is the intellectual property of EZKIFY.COM. Unauthorized reproduction or "scraping" of our platform is strictly prohibited.
