• Prices for Ezkify services are subject to change without notice. However, changes will not affect the payment or refund policies in place at the time of your order.
• Delivery times and service persistence (e.g., follower retention) are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders in process, deemed to be taking longer than expected, are not eligible for refunds.
• Orders marked as "no refill" will not be eligible for replenishment in case of a complete drop in the service provided.
• We reserve the right to adjust the service type if necessary to fulfill an order.

Account Conduct

• Abuse or misuse of our services may lead to account suspension. Prior to suspension, users will have the opportunity to utilize their remaining balance.
• Opening a new account post-suspension will lead to immediate termination of the new account.

Disclaimer & Liabilities

• Ezkify is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
• We bear no liability for any account suspension or content deletion by social media platforms.

• Ezkify's services are intended to enhance the appearance of your social media profiles.
• We do not guarantee interaction from new followers or that all accounts will have complete profiles.
• Content violating social media community standards, especially nudity, is not permitted.
• Services for private accounts are non-refundable; ensure your account is public before ordering.

• All sales are final. Deposits cannot be reversed, and refunds will not be issued to your payment method.
• Disputes or chargebacks will result in a ban from our services and potential retraction of any delivered services.
• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. Non-deliverable orders will be credited to your Ezkify account.
• Ensure accuracy when placing orders. Incorrect or private account orders are non-refundable.
• Fraudulent activities will result in account termination without exceptions.

• Your privacy is paramount. We commit to protecting your personal information, using it solely for order fulfillment.
• Personal information will not be sold or shared. It is stored securely and encrypted.
